The position involves overseeing the overall Logistics REEF program, including process design, fleet definition, selection, and acquisition. You will develop and implement a training program for new Operators to ramp up operations smoothly, collaborate with REEF Digital Product and Tech Teams to improve REEF systems for external operators, monitor logistics operations metrics, identify gaps, determine root causes, and implement solutions for continuous performance improvement. Additionally, you will ensure business compliance with relevant regulatory standards and work cross-functionally with REEF departments (Growth, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal) to enhance overall logistics performance.
