About The Position

At BCI Solutions, Inc., we build more than castings — we build reliability. For over 86 years, we’ve supplied high-quality ferrous castings and precision-machined components to industries that demand performance, consistency, and trust. Our strength comes from disciplined systems, clear communication, and people who know how to keep things moving. We’re looking for a Logistics & Production Control Coordinator who thrives on clarity, ownership, and collaboration. You’ll be the central communicator between customers, production, and logistics — ensuring every order, schedule, and shipment is accurate, on time, and well-communicated. Your Role As the key point of coordination between internal teams and external customers, you’ll translate demand into action. You’ll manage production schedules, monitor material flow, and ensure shipments are executed smoothly. This role requires someone who can organize complex information, communicate clearly, and confidently follow through on commitments. You’ll represent BCI to customers — providing updates, answering questions, and building trust through consistent, proactive communication.
