Requirements

• Develops, leads and executes category plan focused on short and long term goal achievement.
• Identifies, develops, and implements global and regional sourcing strategies to maximize value and reduce total delivered cost.
• Provides leadership, coaching and feedback on the logistics sourcing process.
• Effectively communicates strategies, results, and metrics to leadership teams.
• Develops contract strategies and negotiates with key suppliers.
• Stays abreast of industry trends and provides guidance to business units.
• Implements strategic supplier strategies and initiatives.
• Drives strategic projects to improve procurement processes and efficiencies.
• Collaborates with analytics and reporting teams to optimize procurement reporting.
• Leads, coaches, and develops direct reports and cross-functional teams.
