About The Position

As a Logistics Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting Augury’s growth by ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient deployment of our proprietary IoT technology. You will partner closely with a global, cross-functional team to manage end-to-end logistics operations, solve complex operational challenges, and continuously improve processes at scale.If you are passionate about logistics, thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building scalable processes, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done, this role is for you. This role is remote. The ideal candidate will be in Georgia or on the East Coast, as you will be on-site at our Georgia warehouse monthly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a logistics-focused role, preferably within a hardware, IoT, or consumer goods company.
  • Hands-on experience working with an ERP system; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships to get work done.
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership, you take initiative and act before being asked.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Extremely organized with excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • A "can-do" attitude with the ability to take projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Own coordination and communication related to inbound and outbound shipments across Field, Customer Success, and Support teams.
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners and carriers, following up to ensure on-time and accurate delivery to final destinations.
  • Track and manage logistics transactions within the ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
  • Manage and maintain 3PL partners and inventory levels, investigating discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve gaps in materials lists to support customer deployments.
  • Create, review, and confirm all aspects of Sales Orders.
  • Analyze the sales pipeline and upcoming deals to ensure short time-to-value and readiness for deployment.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain tools and processes to scale logistics operations.
  • Partner with Delivery Operations to build and maintain dashboards and reporting for logistics performance and inventory visibility.
