About The Position

This position is contingent on contract award. International SOS is looking for an individual who is an experienced Logistics Planner to develop and implement logistical strategies that ensure the timely and efficient movement, supply, and maintenance of troops and equipment. This position involves coordinating resources, analyzing logistics challenges, and collaborating with various units to enhance operational readiness and support mission objectives.

Requirements

• One to three (1-3) years' experience in logistical planning.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study required.
• Must have or be able to obtain required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Involved in multiple facets of logistics to improve overall effectiveness of logistics planning.
• Coordinates pre-deployment planning for the provision of necessary maintenance personnel, facilities, support equipment, materiel, and services.
• Develops the logistics staff estimate, including assessment of the logistics capabilities in and the characteristics of the area of operations.
