  • Warehouse associate with some practice in leadership
  • Previous experience in training personnel on company and department processes
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Deliver skills training, procedural training, and non-procedural training sessions
  • Interact with warehouse associates to determine and resolve issues related to safety and training
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse associates, management and leadership team on training issues that impact the facility.
  • Communicate with operations regarding tasks to be completed
  • Ensure that employees are well trained and that their training is documented
  • Conduct orientation and safety training for new associates
  • Train, certify and re-certify associates on proper equipment operation
  • Build team cohesiveness through on-going communication
  • Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
