Under the direction of Warehouse Leadership, plan, implement, and oversee functions related to associate training. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Proven track record in building and supporting team concepts

Nice To Haves

Warehouse associate with some practice in leadership
Previous experience in training personnel on company and department processes
Bilingual

Responsibilities

Deliver skills training, procedural training, and non-procedural training sessions
Interact with warehouse associates to determine and resolve issues related to safety and training
Communicate effectively with warehouse associates, management and leadership team on training issues that impact the facility.
Communicate with operations regarding tasks to be completed
Ensure that employees are well trained and that their training is documented
Conduct orientation and safety training for new associates
Train, certify and re-certify associates on proper equipment operation
Build team cohesiveness through on-going communication
Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
