About The Position
The Logistics Operations Manager will oversee the management of Replacement Components' (RC) 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Distribution Centers (DCs) across the US. This role involves leading a small team of Carrier employees and a larger team of 3PL associates to ensure compliance with service level agreements and to meet business goals while providing excellent service to customers. The manager will also support strategic objectives related to product storage and shipping, activity planning, and quality assurance.
