WHO WE ARE Lockheed Martin: An Award-Winning Place to Work THE WORK - Manages the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. - Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. - Insures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. - Insures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. - Monitors the building of relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. - Oversees the integration of learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Obtaining a clearance requires US Citizenship. - This position supervises represented employees working a Flex 40 non standard schedule of Monday through Thursday 9 hours, Friday 4 hours. Requirements

  • Previous experience using SAP.
  • Prior career experience performing inventory management duties in professional setting.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Project, and MS Power Point, etc.
  • US Citizenship is required for this role
