The Logistics/Maritime Prepositioning Planning Analyst provides specialized logistics planning for Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) operations and sustainment of MARCENT forces. This role analyzes and supports MPF planning requirements across the AOR, prepares maritime logistics documentation in support of operational plans, coordinates logistics planning with Naval and joint partners, and monitors sustainment activities for prepositioned equipment. With 5–7 years of logistics planning experience and expertise in MPF operations, doctrine, and policy implementation, the analyst ensures that USMC MPF and joint maritime logistics operations align with service and joint policies. By combining knowledge of MPF doctrine with operational planning skills, the Logistics/Maritime Prepositioning Planning Analyst strengthens MARCENT’s ability to project and sustain combat power through prepositioned resources.
