The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and transportation activities, including the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of inbound and outbound shipments of raw product or pack materials, supplies, and finished goods, in order to facilitate smooth operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and foster a safe, productive workplace. The Logistics Manager provides guidance and development to warehouse and transportation staff, enforces company policies, and collaborates with multiple internal departments to optimize material flow and support manufacturing goals. This position requires material handling equipment certification on stand-up and sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, skyjack lifts, and powered pallet jacks and is responsible for hiring forklift operators for the facility.
