About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee and direct all logistics activities in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS). This role is responsible for planning and managing the efficient flow of materials through receipt, storage, production, and delivery while ensuring workplace health, safety, and security requirements are met.

Requirements

• Knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Experience working within a Quality Management System environment.
• Ability to train and develop employees on QMS procedures and work instructions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory reconciliation processes.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Ability to work in warehouse and production environments.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and equipment as required.
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks such as changing filters, moving or assembling furniture, and general facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the efficient flow of job material through receipt, storage, production, and delivery.
• Maintain authority and responsibility for material processing in compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Support and participate in continual improvement initiatives to conform to ISO 9001 requirements.
• Demonstrate leadership and accountability for the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
• Support Contract Administrators, Project Managers, Production Management, Shop Supervision, and Client Services.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the facility, building, and stock.
