About The Position
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Traffic/Transport Manager to join our Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our transportation operations, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods while adhering to our industry’s regulatory requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transportation projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will lead a team of traffic / transport specialists, facilitating solid processes and clear communication and collaboration to enhance operational efficiency. You will be directly involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of transportation activities while developing and implementing effective traffic management strategies. Additionally, you will analyze transportation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance our service delivery. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances will be essential for success in this role, as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
