About The Position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst Staff for a position in OCONUS. The role involves preparing various forms and paperwork related to logistics, ensuring security requirements for sensitive items, and preparing equipment for movement. The analyst may operate various vehicles and is responsible for cleaning, packing, and preparing equipment for transport. The position requires adherence to local physical security procedures and conducting inventories of items. The individual will also provide customer support 24/7 and perform other logistics-related duties as assigned. The candidate will travel to Fayetteville, NC for in-processing.

Requirements

  • Experience with Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A) is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of manual property book hand receipt procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of hand receipt accounts, inventories, cataloging, reconciliations, and validations.
  • Ability to perform initial review of requisitions for equipment purchase.
  • Experience in screening hand receipts for excess and shortages of property.
  • Knowledge of standard line item numbers (SLINs) and other relevant management techniques.
  • Ability to assist Hand Receipt Holders in conducting inventories.
  • Experience in reviewing monthly inventory reports for compliance.
  • Ability to prepare and process FLIPL, DD Form 200, and other investigations.

  • Completion of the Army 92Y or 92A.
  • GCSS Certification/familiarization.
  • SPBUSE knowledge and experience.
  • Prior Military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares DD Form 1348, DA form 3161, DA form 3318, DA form 2062, DA Form 2407, DA Form 2404, Missing Parts Notifications, Notifications of Non Fair Wear and Tear damage, Trip Reports and Shipping paperwork.
  • Ensures security requirements for the storage, issue and/or shipment and transport of COMSEC and Sensitive Items are adhered to.
  • Prepares equipment for onward movement.
  • Operates GMV, NSCV, ATV, Bobcat, MHE and/or commercial vehicles as required.
  • Cleans, packs, crates, loads, unloads, palletizes and prepares necessary paperwork for equipment movement.
  • Utilizes RFID technology and GTN services to track equipment in transit.
  • Adheres to local physical security procedures and reports violations.
  • Conducts inventories of component items to major end items.
  • Removes serviceable parts from equipment prior to turn-in.
  • Provides customer support 24/7.
  • Coordinates for the shipment and tracking of replacement Spare Pool and SOF Peculiar Equipment.
  • Monitors the shipment and tracking of equipment returned for OEM repair.
  • Prepares reports, maintains files, conducts briefings, and supervises personnel.
