About The Position
Join the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) as a Logistics Management Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing logistics operations at a designated DCSA Regional Headquarters. This position is essential for coordinating logistics actions that support various functions including Facility Management, Supply, Property Management, and Contracting Officer Representative duties. As a Regional Logistics Representative, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, providing crucial advice and ensuring optimal support for the Department of Defense's premier security agency. Your expertise will be vital in advising the DCSA Regional Headquarters on matters related to facility maintenance, property disposition, and the procurement of administrative supplies. In this role, you will direct, develop, and perform logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, and evaluating the logistical actions required to support Facility Management, Supply ordering, Property Management, and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) duties. You will correlate and coordinate requirements across these disciplines with program plans to ensure that the necessary support is provided at the right time and place. Additionally, you will provide direction, occupational, technical, and analytical advice, as well as task leadership control, while interfacing with all automated Logistics and Operations systems. This position requires a proactive approach to logistics management, ensuring that all operations align with the agency's mission and objectives.
