About The Position

HII is seeking a security-cleared Logistics Management Analyst II to support the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) contract. The job location is on-site at our Naval Auxiliary Landing Field (NALF) San Clemente Island location west of San Diego. This role requires a U.S. Citizen with an active security clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to manage the full lifecycle of accountable assets, material inventory, and government property. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Government Property Management systems and Federal Property Management Regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience or
  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or
  • 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field.
  • At least one (1) year of hands-on, relevant Government Property Management system administration supporting government contracts.
  • Knowledge of Federal Property Management Regulations and industry best practices for government property management.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and asset tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and a team-oriented approach to responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or a related field.
  • Property Management certifications (desired but not required).
  • Knowledge of ITAR requirements
  • Prior military experience and understanding of military logistics operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Maximo Logistic Information System (LIS).
  • Managed Government and Contractor Acquired Property.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and industry best practices in property management.
  • Manage and track Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) with accurate records within the Integrated Enterprise Management System (Maximo and SharePoint) and provide a working knowledge of both systems.
  • Oversee “cradle to grave” management of the site’s accountable assets, including acquisition, utilization, tracking, and disposition.
  • Administer inventory control and ensure proper reporting, reutilization, storage, and disposal of government assets.
  • Provide technical expertise in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
  • Assist Procurement in purchasing items at assigned locations via the use of a Purchasing card (P-Card) and act a liaison between procurement and site personnel to ensure timely ordering of required materials and services.
  • Work closely with the Logistics Manager and Property Manager to streamline operations.
  • Ensures all company, government and range procedures are followed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support program objectives.
  • This role will include oversight of an onsite Supply Technician
