  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Must be able to lead and efficiently employ third-party contract laborers to meet or exceed daily and weekly production goals in support of schedule-based project deadlines without exceeding weekly allotted work hours.
  • Sign third-party contract laborers time sheets daily to include forklift drivers slips for work when needed.
  • Coordinate with third-party contract laborers to take out trash, kit, load/unload truck, receive inventory, move pallets, and coordinate forklift drivers.
  • Ensure RMA processing, tracking and reconciling multiple inventory systems, shipment tracking, invoice development/support, and delivery verifications.
  • Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety.
  • Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
  • Manage inventory control and reconcile with the data storage system.
  • Maintain serial number accountability
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly.
  • Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and delivery paperwork for accuracy.
  • Maintain and monitor the "WAREHOUSE" email box.
  • Audit freight invoices and approve for payment.
  • Order supplies and maintain suitable supply levels.
  • Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
  • Assist in receiving and processing returned products.
  • Ensure Engineer Kits are restocked, shipped to site on time, and scheduled to be returned in a timely manner
  • Assist with building work orders, manifest, and scheduling outbound shipments
  • Assist with down stacking and building pallets
  • Assist with kitting equipment as needed and staging equipment for the kitting and configuration process
  • Ensure the warehouse is always cleaned up daily and presentable
  • Must be able to lift (whatever the weight of the largest item is) over your head repetitively, bend and/or squat while bearing the same weight, climb and stand at heights up to 20 feet using ladders or like equipment
  • 1-2 years Logistical/Warehouse leadership experience
  • Strong aptitude to think critically, solve problems, and drive improvements in a professional and respectful manner
  • Understanding of distribution and inventory control theories and practices
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices
  • Working knowledge of inbound logistics, warehousing, IT systems, and outbound logistics in the distribution industry
  • Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with general safety standards, quality specifications, and governmental requirements
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to Senior leadership
  • Strong ability to negotiate and resolve conflict by navigating confrontational situations to ensure all parties are treated with honor, dignity, and respect
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook,
