About The Position
The Operations Logistics Lead supports the Supervisor in inventory control and materials movement while ensuring the team is following procedures that will aid in meeting the Company's objectives for cost-effective utilization of materials, safety, quality and on-time delivery of product and parts. The Lead is responsible for training and monitoring warehouse employees to ensure they understand and follow all work instructions, perform work efficiently, accurately, and safely, while following good housekeeping procedures.
