About the position

The Logistics Inventory Control Coordinator III is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of company-owned inventory and the timely processing of logistics inventory requests. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of supply chain operations through regular inventory audits, discrepancy reconciliation, and collaboration with the logistics team to optimize inventory management processes. The coordinator will also generate and analyze inventory reports to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate and process logistics inventory requests promptly.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize inventory management processes.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory control or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Experience with data visualization tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in inventory management or logistics are a plus.
