The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors LCE Long Range Radars Center is seeking a Logistics Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL). This position will report to the Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) Deployment, Fielding, and Sustainment (DFS) IPT Lead and will be on site in Woburn, MA.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in Program Management, Project Management, Sustainment, System Fielding, Depot, Logistics and/or Engineering.
  • Experience with logistics and/or logistics products management such as return and repair, logistics management information, and material delivery for military or industrial customers.
  • Experience presenting program and technical issues to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with budget or financial management including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated proficiency with application and execution of Raytheon’s Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), RTX Life Cycle Program Management (RLPM) or similar business processes.
  • Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple and competing priorities.
  • Experience developing strong FMS customer relationships to meet contractual requirements and capture the full potential of follow-on business.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic development and / or contract capture in the Defense Industry.
  • Experience selling off contract deliverables to a US Military or FMS customer.
  • Experience with US Military Radar Sustainment Programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively – including customer, Raytheon, teammates, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of proposal, contract requirements, and follow-on program pursuits related to logistics products for AN/TYP-2 systems.
  • Managing spares availability and procurement requirements.
  • Tracking product line replaceable units and original equipment manufacturer repairs.
  • Managing site reach-back supply needs.
  • Executing the delivery of the logistics products and services to include briefing the customer as required.
  • Coordinating with technical disciplines to develop the logistics management information database supporting technical manual development.
  • Identifying and managing risks and opportunities and associated mitigation and capture plans.
  • Ensuring performance to technical, cost, schedule, quality, and EXIM requirements.
  • Supporting internal and external program and finance reviews as required.
  • Developing, releasing, and delivering any required Contracting Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents associated with logistics products.
  • Domestic or International travel may be required.
