About The Position

This is a full time position with benefits for our Beer Warehouse. The role involves preparing and loading outgoing orders, verifying truck logs, cross-referencing purchase orders and packing slips, building orders for internal departments, assisting with warehouse and dock operations, maintaining inventory levels, participating in monthly inventory counts and reconciliation, safely loading trucks according to DOT regulations, and receiving and rotating incoming deliveries of various materials including Parcel Post packages, specialty grain, hops, refrigerated raw materials, bulk packaging, POS, and other production materials. The position also includes staging cans and brewhouse raw materials for efficient production runs, ensuring accurate paperwork for cans received, and utilizing FIFO for raw materials.

Requirements

  • The ability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Executes team lift on heavier items as needed and maneuver kegs weighing 165 lbs either solo or with a team member.
  • The ability to stand for long periods of time, ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and or ramps using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.
  • Experience safely and accurately operating forklift and ability to maintain forklift certification.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and the clearance required to drive company fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares outgoing orders accurately, following safety standards and maintains accuracy of load sheets and invoices.
  • Verifies truck logs of FG as it enters coolers.
  • Cross references POs and packing slips from trucks.
  • Build orders for internal departments as requested.
  • Assists with all warehouse and dock operations, as necessary.
  • Collaborates with appropriate staff to maintain correct levels of inventory for all stored materials.
  • Participates in monthly inventory counts and participates in reconciliation of inventory discrepancy and maintains and submits required paperwork to appropriate staff.
  • Safely and accurately loads outgoing trucks to ensure that all DOT regulations are followed.
  • Receives all incoming deliveries of Parcel Post packages, specialty grain, hops, refrigerated raw materials, bulk packaging, POS, and other production materials, and rotates stock in storage areas properly.
  • Stages cans for efficient production runs and provides supervisor with accurate paperwork of cans received.
  • Stages brewhouse raw materials, receives, consolidates, and utilizes FIFO.
