About The Position

The Team Leader for the Weekend Shift will oversee operations in the Logistics Fulfillment department, working from Friday to Sunday, 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. This role involves performing monthly cycle counts, resolving issues for the receiving team, and supporting shipping teams with replenishment tasks. The position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and improve efficiency in the warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • At least two years of progressive warehouse experience.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze data and information.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to accept responsibility.
  • Demonstrated record of superior productivity and quality.
  • In-depth knowledge of IMS/DView or ability to learn the system(s).
  • Dedication to learning lean concepts and applying them in the work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly cycle counts and other inventory counts.
  • Identify parts for PARs and dealer calls.
  • Resolve problems and provide assistance to the receiving team.
  • Perform analysis on and resolve location availability issues.
  • Pick and put-away replenishment to support the shipping teams.
  • Perform analysis on pick/path to help the production teams be efficient.
  • Pick and ship vendor returns and scrap orders.
  • Assist with building and equipment maintenance issues.
  • Provide information for procedural changes, safety concerns, or equipment needs to Shift Supervisor.
  • Accept dealer calls and resolve customer issues.
  • Operate material handling equipment.
