Job Summary Loenbro, LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Foreman to lead the material handling teams supporting our mission-critical data center projects in Red Oak, TX. The Logistics Foreman will supervise a team of forklift operators and material handlers. They will also ensure shipping, receiving, and delivery accuracy while enforcing safety, executing approved procedures, and ensuring clean documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience running logistics in the mission critical electrical or data center construction spaces.
  • 3+ years in a lead logistics role or similar, running crews of 5 or more people.
  • Valid forklift certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience running shipping and receiving from lay down to job completion preferred.
  • Experience with multiple different logistics software preferred.
  • Construction Industry certifications (I.E. OSHA 10) preferred.
  • Previous hands-on electrical experience preferred.
  • Rigging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee management of all logistics employees including material handlers and forklift operators.
  • Work closely with the field management team to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
  • Label, store, and track materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP or inventory system).
  • Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and escalate promptly.
  • Follow FIFO and material handling best practices.
  • Support QA/QC by maintaining material traceability when required
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
