This role is central to ensuring the smooth coordination of shipments, deliveries, and vendor communications tied specifically to multi-vendor design installations and high-touch client projects. You will manage the logistics workflow from purchase order through final delivery, working closely with freight carriers, vendors, warehouse teams, and our design and client services departments. Responsibilities: • Manage flow of high-value projects through our High Point, NC Warehouse •Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound projects, Project lead with our carriers, local delivery partners, and internal service teams to ensure projects deliver on-budget and on-time. •Escalate and resolve issues, and manage delays with internal stakeholders and external partners •Manage Warehouse and Project SLA’s to ensure fulfillment work with service leads to set •Lead on Inventory management , working cross-functionally with Warehouse, Accounting & Operations teams •Implement processes to improve service and logistics SLA’s •Assist in vendor and carrier relationship management, including streamlining onboarding and performing process efficiency audits. Note: This is an on-site role based in High Point, NC. Occasional Travel (up to 25%) may be required for project-related logistics. Required Qualifications: •3-5+ years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain support, or operations—preferably in a project-based or multi-vendor environment. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and shifting timelines. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners. •Demonstrated problem-solving skills, especially in time-sensitive or client-facing logistics issues. •Knowledge of logistics documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and packing slips. •Familiarity with white-glove delivery services and consolidated shipment planning. •Familiarity in ERP & WMS platforms •Experience with B2C fulfillment What We Offer: •Competitive salary •Flexible hybrid schedule •Opportunity to work with a renowned brand in the interior design and home decor industry. •A collaborative and creative team environment. •Career advancement, opportunities for promotion
