Requirements

2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or freight invoicing.
Knowledge of CASS, SAP/Ez-Suite, OneSRM, Ariba.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

Request freight quotes from preferred broker/freight forwarder
Review outbound deliveries to ensure all legal control issues are correct to include but not limited to Contact, Broker/Freight Forwarder, and other required information.
Create shipping documents using the preferred carriers' software application.
Provide BOL to vendor/shipper to ensure pickup without delay
Communicating with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project/service demand.
Plan accordingly to meet quarterly targets
Retaining documentation necessary for follow-up and proof of delivery and inventory
Load shipping documents on to export retaining system
Review purchase orders in SAP
Processing all transactions in SAP according to standard procedure to include but not limited to DAMEX, verifying correct Inco terms, determining Country of Origin, and verifying sold to/ship to data.
Process SES invoicing for assigned departments
Review all freight invoices for AGT and code it to the correct entity.
Communicate with carriers in trouble shooting old invoices for payment or determine which Siemens Energy entity they belong to.
Point of contact for carries, CASS, and other Siemens Energy entities on all freight invoices for AGT invoice issues.
Set up new carriers into CASS.
Resubmit invoices with CASS approval stamp for carries that need to bypass CASS screening.
Verify high dollar duty invoices with PM, Finance or point of contact on invoice.
Create Service entry sheets (SES) to process invoices through SAP
