About The Position

Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our transportation team. This position involves safely and efficiently moving trailers throughout the yard and backing up trailers to bay doors for loading as directed by the Supervisor. The role requires working outdoors in inclement weather conditions and involves driving short and/or long distances to pick up loads from vendors.

Requirements

• Must have a CDL - Class A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must have a Hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain one.
• Must have verifiable employment or explanation for unemployment for the last 10 years.
• Prefer minimum 1 year of driving experience.
• Must be registered with the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and must provide electronic consent.
• Drivers must have a positive, friendly attitude, and possess great customer service skills.
