You will be responsible for driving consistency and standardization in our systems and processes. You will work within a team of Business Systems professionals who collaborate with IT and the business to execute projects in a timely manner while keeping our systems and processes aligned to core standards. You will develop and deploy governance frameworks that will always allow for quality data and process controls.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain or logistics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Experience with SAP and/or similar ERP systems
  • Broad understanding of Sales Order Management, Distribution and Logistics
  • Proven track record working cross-functionally in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate current logistics and distribution processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Build and run reporting to identify exceptions and failures in our Warehouse Management & ERP systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and governance related to the distribution center systems and data settings.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and distribution to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Drive projects and strategy with a focus on improving our customer experience
