You will work within a team of Business Systems professionals who collaborate with IT and the business to execute projects in a timely manner while keeping our systems and processes aligned to core standards. You will develop and deploy governance frameworks that will always allow for quality data and process controls.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain or logistics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Experience with SAP and/or similar ERP systems
Broad understanding of Sales Order Management, Distribution and Logistics
Proven track record working cross-functionally in a team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

Project Management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate current logistics and distribution processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Build and run reporting to identify exceptions and failures in our Warehouse Management & ERP systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to logistics operations.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and governance related to the distribution center systems and data settings.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and distribution to ensure continuous improvement.
Drive projects and strategy with a focus on improving our customer experience
