About The Position

The Logistics Data Entry Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the logistics and inventory management processes at Tangoe Inc. This position involves maintaining inventory accuracy, processing orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment of product shipments while providing excellent customer service. The associate will work closely with various departments and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Effective professional communication skills with a customer focus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to stand in one location and stay task focused for long periods of time.
• Work well independently or in a team environment.
• Prioritize and multi-task large workloads while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs.
• Prior experience with logistics or mobile is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Invoice accessories in a timely and accurate manner.
