About The Position

The Logistics Data Analyst at HX5, LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the Combat Ready Airman mission at Wright-Patterson AFB. This position involves generating lifecycle data, analyzing trends, and creating models to assist Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) managers. The analyst will utilize statistical analysis and reporting to provide insights for inventory management and forecasting, ensuring effective logistics readiness for the Department of Defense.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years' experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, or a High School Diploma and six (6) years' of directly related experience.
• Secret Clearance
• Mid-level DoD experience
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Microsoft Project experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Department of Defense experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate lifecycle data and provide key insights for Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) managers by analyzing trends and creating models for MAJCOMs and Logistics Readiness Squadrons.
• Analyze data for enterprise IPE inventory leveling/purchasing and create prioritized lists of needs for each IPE portfolio category (A-Bag, B-Bag, and C-Bag).
• Develop historical consumption models and predictive forecasts for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and manufacturing planning.
• Monitor IPE metrics to pinpoint trends and assess root causes.
• Analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them.
• Work with IPE managers to outline the specific data needs for each analysis project and track IPE management tasks, projects, and initiatives via an Integrated Master Schedule using MS Project.
