About The Position

The Logistics Data Analyst position at HX5 involves supporting the Combat Ready Airman mission at Wright-Patterson AFB by generating lifecycle data and providing insights for Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) managers. The role requires analyzing trends, creating models, and developing historical consumption models to assist in inventory management and purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years' experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, or a High School Diploma and six (6) years' of directly related experience.
• Department of Defense experience preferred.
• Microsoft Project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate lifecycle data and provide key insights for IPE managers by analyzing trends and creating models.
• Analyze data for enterprise IPE inventory leveling/purchasing and create prioritized lists of needs for each IPE portfolio category.
• Develop historical consumption models and predictive forecasts for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and manufacturing planning.
• Monitor IPE metrics to pinpoint trends and assess root causes.
• Analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them.
• Work with IPE managers to outline specific data needs for each analysis project and track IPE management tasks via an Integrated Master Schedule using MS Project.
