Interns will work full-time hours during the summer. Job Purpose The Logistics Analytics Team is responsible for supporting the Logistics operations teams with data to optimize the movements of goods across the CNH supply chain. This includes support for KPI, identifying bottlenecks, modeling and analyzing routes, and supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights. This internship role will support the team in these tasks by assisting in data reporting and preparation, as well as supporting project work contributing to ongoing initiatives.

  • Data Collection & Cleaning: Gathering logistics and supply chain data from internal systems and external sources, preparing datasets for analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing transportation, inventory, and warehouse data to uncover trends and inefficiencies, supporting dashboards and reports in Power BI or Excel
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory turnover, and helping identify root causes of performance issues
  • Process Improvement Support: Documenting and improving workflows in collaboration with logistics and operations teams, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Visualization & Communication: Creating visualizations to communicate insights clearly and presenting findings during team meetings
  • Tool & System Support: Assisting with ERP and logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and supporting data integration efforts across tools
  • Project Assistance: Contributing to ongoing logistics or supply chain projects, conducting research, and benchmarking to support strategic decisions
  • Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in the following majors or related fields: Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Logistics Management
