Requirements

• Great computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience
• Flexible Working hours to meet business demands

Responsibilities

• Support the CFS Operations
• Ensure proper handling of freight process
• Accurate and timely data entry into operational system
• Track & Trace
• Provide customer service by phone and email
• Ensure freight is arranged in a timely manner within regulations
• Must be able to follow company policies and SOPs
