Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate shipping routes and deliveries.
- Respond promptly to customer and delivery partner inquiries regarding shipments.
- Track and manage logistics operations using the TMS.
- Communicate any delivery delays or changes to all relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance-related tasks.
- Ensure adherence to service agreements and operational best practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is a must.
- One to four years of related experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to multi-task required.
- Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous Bearware software experience is a plus.
- Forklift experience preferred.
