Respond to, determine and coordinate reroute requests from Medline divisions, Sales and/or Customer Service. Analyze backorder lines. Determine if potential reroute to a viable shipping plant based on stock status and order profitability using approximate shipping expense is warranted. Communicate with sales reps, customer service specialists and/or internal departments on sourcing and/or routing decisions. Work with Manager, Logistics to change guidelines based on specific issues, as needed.
