  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating logistics for critical or industrial materials.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, certificates of analysis, and related records.
  • Ensure compliance with end customer quality standards, packaging requirements, labeling, and shipping regulations.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from domestic and international suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, MSDS, and certificates of analysis.
  • Monitor shipments, proactively address delays, and resolve transportation disruptions.
  • Work closely with procurement and production teams to align logistics planning with operational demand.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in ERP and logistics systems for full traceability and reporting.
