Our mission is simple: to design and deliver high performance, integrated ERP solutions that enable our distributive trade customers to source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably and service competitively RAM Tracking, a leading provider of vehicle tracking and field service management solutions, is currently seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our growing team in Leeds. This position is fully office-based (5 days per week). Following our acquisition by Klipboard (formerly KCS) in February, we’re entering a new and exciting phase of growth. With over 2 million monthly platform logins and a rapidly expanding customer base across the UK and North America, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking organization.

Requirements

  • Be quick thinking and able to trouble shoot and resolve problems independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, and high levels of accuracy when working and reporting.
  • Excellent all-round communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • To adhere to all site rules as laid down by the Senior Team and outlined within your employee pack and contract.
  • To enforce a culture of Performance.
  • To enforce a duty of care; Employees have a duty of care to their employer; meaning they should act responsibly to other Employees and to the Employers property.
  • To adhere to all health and safety rules, with all accidents and near misses reported as they occur.
  • Control regular fixed, standard transport requests to meet the required service level.
  • Track shipments and provide feedback to the receiver.
  • Liaise with transport providers.
  • Enter accurate and consistent data in the operating system.
  • Carry out a monthly stock-take.
  • Liaise with the wider group when required.
  • Ensure that financial job costing, invoicing, and reporting for freight is carried out in accordance with company standards.
  • Completing general administration and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Work within company standards always.
