Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work with technology efficiently

Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers and oversee daily shipment activities to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Communicate consistently with customers and carriers
• Obtain paperwork required for shipment from carriers and customers
• Resolve shipment discrepancies in real-time
• Input accurate shipment updates into multiple systems
• Building loads in the TMS system
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
