OC - Logistics Coordinator

BonterraCarmel, IN
2d$17 - $24Onsite

About The Position

We're seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to lead our Operations Resource Center (ORC) in Indianapolis. This hands-on role combines physical warehouse duties with systems oversight and customer service, ensuring our fleet of rental devices (tablets, printers, and more) is ready for high-stakes events. If you've honed your skills in fast-paced logistics at Amazon, FedEx or others in the industry and want to level up to a multifaceted position with direct client engagement, this is your opportunity to shine.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in warehouse or logistics management, ideally from high-valume operations like Amazon, FedEx, or similar.
  • Proven track record in handling physical inventory, shipping/receiving, and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong problem-solving with a mix of hands-on physical work and tech aptitude (e.g., device troubleshooting, basic IT systems).
  • Excellent communication for client interactions; familiarity with Verizon accounts, printers, or mobile devices is a plus.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable—able to thrive in a hybrid physical/systems environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • At this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily inventory management, packing/unpacking shipments, and maintenance of rental equipment (e.g., tablets, Chromebooks, Zebra printers).
  • Handle device repairs by coordinating with vendors like Samsung, and ensure secure storage and quick turnaround for returns.
  • Collaborate on device imaging processes, troubleshoot recurring issues (like SIM cards or software updates), and maintain our FileWave system for device management.
  • Manage our Verizon account for 2000+ devices, including bill payments, activations/deactivations for lost or retired items, and scaling for growth (e.g., testing new tablets with engineering teams).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order shipments, tracking, and equipment returns.
  • Provide timely updates and resolve issues to ensure seamless event experiences—think urgent support on Fridays/Saturdays with a 30-minute response time for critical tickets.
  • Supervise logistics staff, accumulate and resolve ongoing issues (e.g., testing tablets or fixing printer labels), and support network/WiFi setup for large-scale device updates.
  • Dedicating 2-4 hours bi-weekly on-site to keep operations running smoothly, with flexibility for remote oversight.
  • Prioritize device readiness for event days, working cross-functionally with IT, engineering, and product teams.
  • As we grow (e.g., acquiring new partners), lead equipment builds and testing to meet evolving needs.

Benefits

  • health insurance
  • 401(k) matching
  • paid time off
  • employee discounts on event tech
