This role is responsible for the tracking and confirmation of all customer shipments, as well as providing on-the-spot problem resolution for any customer’s need. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM PST, and will adjust to 11 AM to 7:30 PM MST during daylight saving time to align with EST.
