About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid to Senior Logistics Coordinator to oversee logistics for OT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement, tracking, distribution, and lifecycle management of OT assets, playing a crucial role in maintaining our OT infrastructure.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management, preferably within an OT or production environment.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of asset lifecycle and inventory management principles.
Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in asset management and ticketing software.
Physical Capability: Ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as; a pallet jack, straddle stacker, or forklift; and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Communication: Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Logistics Associate, IT Asset Management certification) are a plus.
Inventory Reconciliation: Minimum of 4 years experience in
Eligibility to be able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Logistics Management: Oversee all logistics for shipping and receiving OT assets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of equipment.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular OT asset audits, maintain accurate inventory records, and manage the asset management database.
Physical Logistics: Perform tasks such as moving, stocking, and deploying inventory, including pallet transportation (must be able to lift to 50 lbs).
Asset Refresh Cycles: Manage the deployment and retrieval of equipment during asset refresh cycles.
E-Waste Disposal: Oversee e-waste disposal processes in compliance with environmental regulations.
Hardware Distribution: Facilitate the distribution of OT hardware to end-users and coordinate returns efficiently.
Policy Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of asset management and logistics policies.
