About The Position
Oversees daily ocean import/export operations. Communicating with customers and vendors to coordinate products. Obtain and create quotes for shipments and source best method of transportation. Handling and resolving Ocean Import/Export troubleshooting. Receive, review and process Ocean Export documentation. Hands on experience of international air/ocean & import/export. Calculates rates with the ability to convert pricing and rates. Accuracy of data entry into company system as needed. Maintain essential account documentation with up to date information.
