About The Position

Artivion, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to join our team in Austin, Texas. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the complete function of logistics operations while adhering to the 7 R's of logistics: Right product, in the Right quantity, in the Right condition, at the Right place, at the Right time, to the Right customer, at the Right price. This role will support management in various logistics functions, including audits, shipping, receiving, and training of new associates.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma, some collegiate education preferred.
• Computer skills (Microsoft suites, SAP).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed and organized.
• Ability to lift 70lbs several times a day.
• 2-5 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Management with Internal/External audits, including Financial audits.
• Resolve daily shipping and receiving discrepancies.
• Oversee daily shipping/receiving functions.
• Run routine reports in SAP.
• Train new Logistic associates.
• Investigate Non-Conformances, Corrective/Preventative Actions, and Field assurance complaints.
• Oversee completion of all housekeeping tasks.
• Manage Domestic orders and become knowledgeable with International distribution of finished goods.
• Complete Human Tissue orders via FedEx/UPS and Freight Forwarder.
• Complete Medical Device orders (complete SED/SLI).
• Ensure product is correctly received and re-stacked per SOP.
• Ensure all product is labeled per procedure (in-receipts/quarantined).
