Main Tasks Perform daily track-and-trace activities to monitor shipment status and address delays or exceptions. Maintain consistent, professional carrier communication to ensure timely updates and issue resolution. Monitor international inbound air and ocean shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with internal requirements. Support logistics and compliance projects Assist with freight audit and payment, including reviewing carrier invoices and validating charges against contractual rates. Perform accurate HTS classification for raw and finished goods. Prepare complete and accurate parts lists for customs brokers to ensure compliant customs entries. Support customs protest filings by compiling required documentation and entry records. Assist with tariff refund filings, pending potential regulatory or legal decisions. Pull, organize, and verify CARM (CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management) and PMS (Periodic Monthly Statement) records. Conduct ongoing audits of customs entries, classifications, duty payments, and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies or risks. Other duties as assigned
