Requirements

  • Education Required: Enrolled in a program studying Supply Chain/Business/Operations Management/Engineering or another relevant field, and in good academic standing
  • Process oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated time management, problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while delivering on-target results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel

Nice To Haves

  • One co-op work term is considered an asset
  • Inventory management knowledge an asset

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally within the Supply Chain team to map business processes and identify areas of opportunity
  • Analyze inventory levels and management practices across the network
  • Develop models to determine optimal safety stock levels in all warehouses
  • Understand and communicate root cause
  • Understand factors’ contributing to KPI’s and identify areas for improvement
