The Logistics Clerk will be responsible for assisting in several aspects of the Integrated Logistics Department by monitoring email correspondence between accounts and service centers. reviewing bids, creating and maintaining spreadsheets for data entry reporting on projects, and reviewing contract billing to ensure accuracy. Essential functions: Assist the Director of Integrated Logistics with Delivery Service program functions. Provide timely updates for projects and billing. Work with Coleman Service Centers (Managers and team members) for logistics needs and purposes.
