Collect claim data from various data sources. Analyze claim data to report on claim trends, recovery/claim ratio, and other situational forecasts. Provide additional data as requested by SEA and Management. Monitor aging claim status and provide frequent notifications to team members regarding outstanding claims exceeding 120 days. Obtain relevant transportation/claim data using systems such as NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS, and Cello. Collect and organize data for daily/weekly/monthly progress reports. Prioritize and execute any ad hoc reporting and special project requests. Design, implement, automate, and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes. Consistently meet strict deadlines set by management with a strong sense of responsibility.
