The Logistics Center Trainer II is responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of the Logistics Center training curricula, Responsibilities include but are not limited to; training strategy, content control, teaching processes, systems, policies, and cultural responsibilities. In addition the role is accountable for individualized training and effectiveness checks; applying established work instructions, procedures, policies, and best practices. This role serves as the subject matter lead for SAP, systems, Continuous Improvement (LEAN), and structured on-the-job training within the Logistics Center. Curriculum & Training Program Development Design, develop, and maintain standardized training curricula for logistics operations, including classroom, hands-on, and digital learning formats. On time updates of training materials, work instructions, and supporting documentation maintaining LC compliance with all regulatory, and other controls. Work with LC Leadership to prioritize and focus training efforts in support of priorities and overall business needs. On-the-Job Training & Training Effectiveness Responsible for the effective individual and group training, cross-training, and the supporting documentation of all training Measure effectiveness of training via Voice of the Customer (VOC) data, personal observation/auditing, KPI’s, and LC leadership input Analyze trends to identify root causes related to skill gaps, process adherence, or system knowledge. Recommending and implementing process changes to improve performance. Position is expected to spend 80% of their time on the floor with their trainees, contributing value added education/coaching. 20% of time developing content, preparing materials, schedules, data collection, and effectiveness checks. Systems Training Training role will also have Continuous Improvement responsibilities supporting process improvements, and project work upon completion of primary training responsibilities Support and contribute to LEAN/Continuous Improvement initiatives utilizing a high level of engagement. Serve as the primary trainer and curriculum owner for SAP logistics processes, including but not limited to goods movements, inventory transactions, system controls, and data integrity requirements. Translate SAP and system changes into clear, role-specific training content, ensuring smooth adoption during implementations, releases, or upgrades
