The Logistics/Case Picker position is a critical role within our supply chain and logistics operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently filling retail store orders. This role requires the operation of industrial equipment in a safe manner while adhering to the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. As part of a dynamic team, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence in every task you undertake. The position involves working in various environments, including ambient and refrigerated areas, and requires physical stamina to meet the demands of the job. In this role, you will execute job duties within established engineered labor standards, ensuring that all store order assignments are completed according to preferred warehouse management system methods. You will follow voice commands or read orders to ascertain the correct case number and quantity of merchandise to be selected. Once selected, you will place the cases on pallets in an orderly manner to minimize product damage, ensuring safe delivery to retail stores. Additionally, you will be responsible for wrapping completed store orders and delivering them to the shipping dock, all while complying with department and company policies and procedures, including safety and attendance guidelines.
