Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1~3 Years of experience in logistics operations, operations planning, business planning, or control tower roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience coordinating across operations teams, customers, and headquarters preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business operations
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Korean is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or large enterprise logistics experience
  • Control tower or centralized operations exposure
  • ESS, battery logistics, heavy cargo, or yard operations experience

Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational performance metrics and conduct regular performance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, including executive-level presentation materials.
  • Prepare weekly operational reports and management updates.
  • Monitor and consolidate daily and weekly operational performance across factory business and ESS logistics operations.
  • Support customer coordination activities, including meeting preparation, KPI tracking, and follow-up on issues.
  • Track operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with operational planning related to volume fluctuations, new business activities, and process changes.
  • Create detailed financial and operational reports, including revenue forecasts, expense tracking, and profitability analysis.
