Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the warehousing sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide customized warehousing solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company services and generate leads.
- Work closely with the warehouse operations team to understand and communicate the capabilities and benefits of our warehousing services.
- Ensure seamless integration of sales and operations to meet client expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related experience.
- Proven experience in logistics sales, with a strong emphasis on warehousing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate warehousing processes and solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
