About The Position

Ultra Logistics, a leader in domestic truckload transportation and carrier management, is looking for qualified and ambitious individuals to become a part of a growing team. Sales experience is required, but you do not need prior experience working at a brokerage firm. You do not need your own customers, as we provide you with the customers, and you simply find and build relationships with carriers to reliably transport our customers' freight.

Requirements

• Sales experience is required.
• Strong phone skills, including negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated and confident in closing sales.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers to transport customers' freight.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
